Yeah, it's true, even Me likes (loves?) Pokemon.
Espeon was always (one of) my favourite Pokemon of all since the second generation. Well... Ok, my favs are Espeon, Umbreon, Jolteon, Arcanine, Suicune and Lucario. What are yours? This should be my Espeon from Pokemon Diamond, I've trained her up to Lv. 100 without any level-bonbons. --- Check out Umbreon: [link] I've worked really hard on this piece, but it didn't take so long than I thought. I started yesterday at 9pm and finshed today 3 am. I'm tired... lol. Done with awesome Polychromos, awesome white ink pen and awesome =Lucky978's dot technique on awesome special paper. Really, should I draw more Pokemon pictures? ----- Original for sale here [link] CRITIQUE PLEASE! Comments

Plus on top of that, you made the picture even more alive with a great pose. Pictures where paw pads are snuck it are rather fun too. And even more, the textured paper is an excellent effect.
The one major drawback to this in my head is that even though the white dot technique is unique, I think it highly detracts from the picture. Now the reason I say this is not because white dots on an Espeon would be strange but rather because the effect looks really flat compared to the shading. What would have strongly helped this would have been by applying the shading to the dots too.
I do not know the characteristics of a white ink pen but a way to apply shading would have simply been to mix white and black paint and carefully apply it to the picture. Or, something you could try that just popped into my head as I type this would be to take a dip pen (fountain pen) and try to use mixed inks if you can find a white ink well. Perhaps that would work but I personally have no access to one so I cannot test this idea.
The other thing that bothers me is once again just personal preference. That would be the outlines around the flames. They either should not be their or probably better to fit this style, should not be as thick. Otherwise it is an excellent effect.
Last thing, but is minor is the mane. The mane should probably be broken up into smaller clumps rather then large ones. However, seeing your pieces after this, I think you fixed that irregularity.
