 My half part of the trade with  *Shredder0625It's her fursona... uhh.. I haha I know the name again! It's Jazz. Uff this piece took me so long, I'm sorry for the late upload. I did the sketch about one week ago and I went on drawing today early in the morning.. and it's finally finished... Okey i think you have already seen, that the pic represents the four main elements: water, wind fire and earth. The wings (yes they are wings!) look so ugly, not really like wings... however.. hope you like it!^^ ----------- Working times sketch: 2 hours outlines: 2 hours shading: 2 hours colouring: 5 hours 11 hours toghethaa^^ Done with coloured pencils. ------------------ CRITIQUE IS APPRECIATED! As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same. Critiques
I really like the idea, what inspired it? (i am very lazy from lack of sleep, and forgot what you said in the artists comments)
The elements idea is very nice.
Though their are some flaws, (ya, here comes the downer) the paws should be more individual. (hard to explain)
Try looking over many poses of wolves, sketch them out again and again. Even i have a book with pictures of wolves. Its always great to check what you need to improve on. Not that its a bad thing. We learn from out own flaws.
I do really enjoy this piece, and the effort put into it. Impressive work!
